Exercise Running
missyqaballiot asked:

Are cross trainers, cycles, swimming etc as good at burning fat than running alone? I’m trying to get the best out of my workout.

Thanks :)

Swimming is good, also jogging and walking.

I’d think up a workout which involved doing swimming/cycling/running/cross trainer over a week.
i.e. Swimming 30 mins on Monday
    Walking hour Tues
    Running 45 min Wed
    etc

If you were doing the same thing over and over again every day you will become bored and be less motivated to exercice. — With running/walking/cycling/jogging take different routes each time

HiiT (high intensity interval training) is the best, and it only takes 20 minutes. basically, walk for a minute, then run for a minute, walk, run, walk run, etc until you hit 20 minutes. on the run, it should be fast enough that towards the end, you feel like you’re going to die. target heart rate on run is about 175 and walk about 125. concept behind this workout is that you’ll burn more fat throughout the course of the day, as opposed to running. burns 9x more in less time. but, if you’re really pushing yourself on this, you’ll only be able to do it 2-3x a week.

Sexing is also a good cardio workout but if you want proper results, running, swimming and cycling are the best. Running alone is actually more relaxing and has less distractions than running with a partner or in a group…

Seriously try boxing or kickboxing. I lost 20lbs and it toned me up really good. Check out myspace.com/dee1525…. It’s a great fat burner and good self defense for women.

Boxersize is AMAZING!! Its good fun, you learn self defence and most importantly it burns so many calories in an hours session. Most private gyms have classes!

All cardio is great for fat-burning, it all depends on how much your doing.

Yes, there is one exercise, and unblievably effective for fat burning, other than running.

I have devised a four part exercise, effective for fat burning.

to be done with empty stomach.
Standing at a place in home , free from disturbanaces, with a ful size rug or mat preferably 4 x 6 ft.

1-spot jogging, raising the knees upto Navel and doing is faster, Mouth open. hands in running pose or loosly hanging by side. Do it for 15 minutes. with your 100% energy without any break or letting go or resting.Give you maximum.
2- after 15 minutes, just sit down where you were standing with cross legs, keep both arms on waist bone on both sides very loosly. Back straight, but loose, head bent forward , chin touching your chest bone. Mouth open slightly so that Your breathing becomes normal , naturally. Now just bend your back forward and sideway such that your head/nose touches the right knee and keep moving towards left , remaining in bent pose and pressing the stomach as much as possible , but without strain. When you reach to your left side, just straigthen your back. and again repeat the process of swaying from right to left in bent position. In this whole process keep the eyes open. Do this for 15 minutes.

3-Third stage, Just lie down on your back, with arms on sides and legs relaxed. keep eyes open and looking at ceiling imagine that a hand of a large clock of the size of the Stadium is moving and your eyes too are following on the boundary. Just with wide eyes follow the hand of clock on boundary as fast as you can but the moving of the eyes has to be on the boundary. Do not haste, make complete circle.
    Do this for 15 minutes.

4- After 15 minutes, close your eyes and just allow your body to relax , enjoying the fast moving blood circulation, heart beats and breath. Just Feel the breath at nose how it moves out and in. Let this process be a relaxed enjoyment of watching the breath. No tense effort. if you feel you are getting sleepy, allow sleep to take over. Do this for 15 minutes.

Do this once in 24 hours , and you will see the results in 21 days,

Keep your diet to leafy veggies. Avoid pastries, chockolates, drinks, fired and meat fish, fatty food. even fruit juices shoul not be taken, You may take Fruits raw, chew as much as you can.

    regulate your intake of food.

    Regularly go for swimming.

Love and let your self be loved.

involve yourself in creative hobbies of your liking.
