Jogging
The night B asked:

And how can you be able to job the whole time.
Like if it’s a 4 mile jog, and you want to be able to jog the whole 4 miles without stopping?

Howabout for a 16 mile jog ?

Walking without stopping is extremely easy, just not jogging, any ideas on why this is?
Also, what happens if you do not stretch before you jog?

it means that you don’t have to force yourself to jog a lot. you can rest by walking then jog again. got it?

if you have just started to do running this is the correct thing to do, until after a few weeks your legs and breathing get stronger, then you will find that you are jogging for extended lengths of time, it’s called stamina building, if you have power poles in your area jog for 3 of them and sprint to the 4th, the time will fly by. keep well.

its just being out of shape. the good thing is most beginner running programs start out with walking, and progress to a jog/walk, eventually to a 30+min jog. check out this program if it seems too easy jump a few weeks ahead.
it won’t take more than 2 months to get to jogging 30+ mins non stop, if you aren’t really overweight and out of shape, but it’ll take longer to build up to 16 miles. for now just work on this program.
